Administration Traineeship - Customer Service, Records & Governance
Job Description:
Ability Advocates Australia is partnering with Inner West Council to recruit Administration Trainees within Customer Service, Records or Governance teams as part of the Inclusive Traineeship Program 2026.
This is a paid traineeship for people with disability who would like to build confidence in communication focused office roles, with structured support.

These roles involve interaction with customers or internal stakeholders, supported by:

Key Responsibilities
Depending on the team, you may:
- Respond to enquiries (phone, email or in person)
- Manage documents and records
- Track requests and correspondence
- Update systems accurately
- Escalate complex matters appropriately
